FAQ: When booking online for a person who requires a 1 to 1 carer, choose a standard admission ticket for their age range (1 and 2 year old's are free admission, our staff will track them on arrival) and leave the adult carer off the online order. On arrival after showing supporting documentation the carer will be admitted free. See our Prices page for full details.

When you buy tickets online you will be sent an email with a reference code. If you are unable to print please make sure you bring along the unique reference and surname for the booking. You are welcome to show the code via phone or tablet also. Please allow 30 minutes for emails to arrive.

Please be aware that all children must be accompanied by an adult. Unfortunately, refunds are not available. Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Please click on our 'Prices' page for our Admission Policy including documentation required for carers and guests with disabilities. Without correct documenation we will be unable to offer our 1 to 1 concession.

Tickets are valid for 1 use within 6 months of purchase. If you wish to change the date of your visit, please note that you will be charged the difference between your booked ticket and standard entry on the day.

We regret that dogs are not permitted at Claybrook Zoo, with the exception of assistance dogs. Kennels are available (£5 returnable deposit) for those guests who do bring a dog with them.
